The best lesson I ever learned came from the worst feeling I ever felt 

It's a harsh reality, but it's true. 

If you can use the ‘shit’ to help you grow, you will turn a negative into a positive. I won’t pretend it’s easy - it’s not - it takes a great deal of courage and brutal honesty and ultimately you have to take full responsibility for yourself - no blaming others. If you’re able to do that, become a participant in the situation, rather than a victim of it, you will be able to look back on your worst days as the gifts they were, and become empowered by them rather than feeling victimised and forever damaged.


Meditation is key in this. It calms down the emotions so you are able to look at what’s going on inside in a safe and gentle way and learn where you need to heal so you never feel victimised ever again.
